The service
Kiraya ("we", "us") is operated by Techknomatic. It provides software for landlords to track rent, collect payments online, store documents, manage repair requests and record expenses. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the tenant and property information you enter. You must have the right to share any tenant data you store.
Payments from tenants
Online rent payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited under its own terms. Kiraya does not store card, UPI or bank credentials. Settlement timelines, payment failures and chargebacks are governed by Razorpay's policies.
Subscription
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to harass tenants, or to store data you are not authorised to hold. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Kiraya available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Kiraya is a record-keeping tool and does not provide legal or tax advice.
Termination
You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. You may request export or deletion of your data by contacting us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in the city of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
