Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Refunds
If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. Yearly plans cancelled within 14 days of purchase are refunded in full. Beyond that, fees for the current period are non-refundable.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 working days.
Rent paid by tenants
Rent payments go from the tenant to the landlord. Refund requests for rent must be made to the landlord directly.
