What we collect
Account data (your email and a securely hashed password); data you enter about properties, tenants (names, contact details, lease dates), payments, maintenance requests and expenses; files you upload; and basic technical logs.
How we use it
Only to provide the service: showing your dashboard, sending rent reminders to your tenants, processing payments through Razorpay, and billing your subscription. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Sharing
With Razorpay to process payments and subscriptions, and with our email provider to deliver reminders. Otherwise only when required by law.
Storage and security
Data is stored on servers in our hosting environment with access restricted to authorised personnel. Passwords are hashed, sessions are server-side, and documents are accessible only to the account that uploaded them.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your data by contacting us. Tenants whose data is stored by a landlord should contact that landlord first; we will assist where required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Cookies
We use a single essential session cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
